Customs clearance from Ibrahim Logistics: Import and export customs clearance at every sea port, dry port, airport and border crossing of Pakistan.
Customs clearance is where most shipments lose time and money: a wrong HS code, a missing certificate or a late Goods Declaration can keep a container at the terminal for days while demurrage and detention grow. Our licensed clearing team files your GD correctly the first time and follows it until the release order.

We clear imports and exports at Karachi Port, Port Qasim, Gwadar, all major dry ports (Lahore, Sialkot, Faisalabad, Multan, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad), the airports and the Torkham and Chaman borders.

Tips to save time and cost
- Send documents before the vessel arrives so the GD can be filed on day one.
- Keep HS codes consistent across invoice, packing list and previous shipments.
- Check permits (DRAP, PSQCA, plant protection) before the supplier ships, not after.
- Keep the certificate of origin ready to claim FTA duty rates.

Customs clearance – FAQs
How long does customs clearance take in Pakistan?
A green-channel GD can be cleared within a day of arrival. If customs selects the GD for examination it usually takes 2–4 working days. Correct documents are the biggest factor.
Can you calculate duties before my cargo is shipped?
Yes – send the invoice and product details and we give you the HS code and an estimate of customs duty, sales tax and other levies.
Do you clear cargo at dry ports?
Yes, at all major dry ports. The container moves from the sea port under bond and is cleared close to your factory.
What happens if my GD is stuck?
We find the reason – assessment, valuation, missing document – and resolve it with the customs officer, keeping demurrage to a minimum.
